Check-out time: 10:00 am.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We traveled just 40 minutes from home to vacation at Serenity Haven and loved it. The home is beautiful but the parking is limited. My guests had to park and walk back to the home. The pool was relaxing and enjoyable.

Our rental was clean and comfortable. Kitchen had a large amount of cooking items—plenty of towels in the home. Full-size soap bottles in the bathrooms were a nice surprise. Would recommend to others.

This house marked off all of our wants and needs. It was the perfect location for all the parks and made for great day trips to both sides of the coast. It was very clean when we arrived and the pool did have stains on it but made for a great night to relax after all the parks. Can't recommend staying here enough..

Beautiful spacious house with pool in the quiet neighborhood! Such a joy ! We had an amazing time! We stayed there with 3 kids (15, 9 and 5) all of them were so happy. Definitely will come back again!
