Offering four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, and spanning over 3,000 square feet, it offers accommodations for 16 guests.
This spacious home is perfect for a family reunion or multi-family retreat. It offers three stories, two living rooms, and two kitchens. Not to mention incredible amenities including a private pool, gas grill, and more.
Discover the first living room, the first kitchen, and the half bathroom on the second floor. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils, pots, and pans you can think of. It is also adorned with stainless steel appliances and marble countertops. This vacation home is luxurious throughout every detail. The living room provides space for each guest to unwind and offers a Smart TV perfect for a family movie night. You will find that this floor is sure to be the hub where your crew comes for entertainment. The living room also offers access to the private patio with partial views of the water. The primary bedroom is also located on the second floor. Here you will find a walk-in closet, patio access, and a beautiful bathroom with granite countertops, a large walk-in shower, and double vanity sinks.
On the third floor, you'll discover the second living room along with a kitchenette equipped with a Keurig, a freestanding icemaker, and a wine cooler. The second living room also features a Smart TV and access to a private balcony with partial views of the Gulf. The remaining bedrooms and bathrooms can also be found on the third floor.
Take advantage of the many amenities that come with staying at Sip N Sea. It is a quick stroll to a private beach access allowing you to spend as much time as you please savoring the salty air. Your kids will love swimming in the private pool and are sure to take a dip each day before heading in as the sun goes down. We stayed a week and were very pleased with the house and it’s closeness to the beach. It was great having the pool as well! The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook. Would definitely rent again!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! This property is absolutely beautiful. The top floor was perfect for our teens. They literally had a whole floor to themselves…which included a small kitchen an amazing living room with its own deck over the pool. The decks are spacious with ample seating with a beautiful view of the ocean and pool. The only thing I could complain about was there is only 1 kitchen towel per kitchen. After we discovered this we used both in the main kitchen and bought some additional for when those were in the wash.
