Located at Fort Morgan’s mile marker 2 in the Bay to Breakers neighborhood, Breakers 1 offers one of the best spots in Fort Morgan. Come and enjoy all of the new upgrades that have recently been added to this beautiful home! The 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms have all new furniture and fixtures. The home has been painted inside and out, granite countertops have been added in the kitchen and bathrooms plus new furniture in the living area. Breakers 1 is located just a short walk from the beach and community pool, as well as the neighborhood fishing pier across the street on the bay.
Outside, guests can enjoy the calming gulf breezes from the covered deck as well as a shaded picnic area under the house. After a day of fishing, prepare a fresh catch in the fully equipped kitchen.
With over 2600 square feet of living space, the whole family can enjoy relaxing inside the comfort of the newly renovated Breakers 1 with all new furniture. The living space features a large, comfortable sectional, large TV and easy access to the deck, perfect for indoor/outdoor living and enjoying the views. In this open area, the dining table sits off the living area with seating for a crowd at the table as well as additional seating at the bar. The open kitchen boasts the same views to enjoy while preparing a meal, tons of cabinet space, granite countertops, and brand-new stainless steel appliances! The kitchen features special touches like an extra prep sink in the island and both a drip and pod-style coffee maker.
Each of the 6 bedrooms features its own private bathroom and TV. There are 3 bedrooms on the main floor and a half bathroom in the hall. Bedrooms 1 and 2 each feature two full-sized beds to sleep 4 and a tub/shower combo in each private bathroom. Bedroom 3 features a king-sized bed with a tub/shower combo in the bathroom.
Upstairs, bedroom 4 features a twin over full bunk bed to sleep 3, a desk for kids to enjoy playing games or drawing, and a walk-in shower in the bathroom. Bedroom 5 features 2 full beds and a tub/shower combo in the bathroom as well as a double vanity. Bedroom 6 features a king bed with a walk in shower in the bathroom.
There is room for 5-6 cars to park in the driveway.

We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes. However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We have no exception to this policy.

This was our first vacation with friends. We came with two other families with an array of ages of children. It was a good location for the beach and the pool. We really enjoyed the house. There was quite a bit of marine life, which was cool, but also made the beach sometimes hard because there were so many jellyfish. All in all, I would recommend staying, but make sure that you have some vinegar to spray on any jellyfish stings.

The location was ideal—just a short walk to the beach—and the house was well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay! The cleanliness was commendable, and it made our experience pleasant overall. However, there was a minor issue: an outlet plate was missing in the dining area. Given that we had young children with us, this was a bit concerning for safety reasons, but we were able to swap out another outlet plate while we were there. Despite this, the house offered a great environment for a beach getaway, and with a quick fix, it would be perfect for families!

There was plenty of room for the 18 of us. Loved the size of the dining table and the area underneath the house was great for hanging out.

The property is looking good outside and the inside. The only thing that I was disappointed is ceiling fan was dirty little dust in each blade. The bathroom curtain has a mold. Also some pillows has a mold. The refrigerator ice maker not worth at all. Barely have an ice. But most of it are really nice and beautiful decor. The only thing that I really don't like the most is the outside was flooded and walking to the beach it's hard for us. We have to use our vehicles to make it through pass through the flood . I think the location was beautiful and nice except I was requesting for beachfront but it wasn't. We were the first building in the subdivision. But overall I would like to stay again their properties just a little bit of fixing here and there. All that matters we had a great time. Thank you
