This is a studio unit with a queen bed and a queen pull out sofa. Sleeps 4. Private balcony with dining area and comfy chairs.
Go downstairs to use any of the outdoor pools, indoor pools, hot tubs or covered outdoor pools! Year round swimming!!
Literally walk steps to the world-famous white beach sand. Walk to the pier along the beach!
Parking is across the street in the covered parking garage. Please note: (Majestic now charges all vehicles a $41.50 per parking pass - paid directly via the parking registration link).
Access to the unit is via a keypad so you can avoid any in-person check-in or check-out!

Please note: During Peak Season, Majestic Beach Resort issues ONE parking pass for 1 & 2 bedroom units. Public parking is available nearby for additional vehicles.
We have an actively recording Ring Doorbell located on the exterior entryway for the unit. It alerts us to everyone entering or exiting our property.
Shipwreck Island Waterpark- just 1.4 miles away. Pier park is 5 miles away. Enjoy Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville, Rum Runners Tropical Grill, Dick’s Last Resort, and Five Guys Burgers or watch a show at the Grand IMAX Theater.

** Please note: In case of hurricanes or inclement weather or due to any necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We absolutely love the Majestic, hands down the best. We stay here every year, this condo is our Anniversary getaway without the kids. It's always cleaned, plenty of linens and such a great cozy room. Bella is on top of communication every year with your check in process all the way to your check out process. Highly recommend!

We had the perfect little getaway here! The property was very clean and exactly as pictured. Bella is an amazing host and provided top notch communication both before and during our trip. The condo is beautifully decorated and has absolutely everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Our favorite part besides the incredible balcony views was the projector. We enjoyed watching movies at night and while it was storming. The mood lighting and arcade system were added bonuses. This was our first time staying at the Majestic and we enjoyed every minute of it!

This property was beautiful and the view was to die for! Bella, was so responsive and helpful. She fixed the slightest issue that wasn't even a real issue. She just listened to a concern and in under 30 minutes it was remedied. I will definitely be staying here again. We had the best vacation in this home!

We love the Majestic already but this condo and its owners were above and beyond. Condo was exactly like the pictures, clean when we arrived, well stocked, comfortable bed, balcony well done with furniture, everything you could possibly need. Bella's communication is top notch. You get emails with everything and then some explained. Which is very helpful especially if you are new to the Resort or even P.C.. Everything about this stay was absolutely amazing! I can't say enough good things about this condo/owners. We will definitely be back! Oh and the led lights above is such a great added touch. Gives off a romantic glow, a nice nightlight but can still sleep without being bothered by lights. Again, everything had just the perfect touch!
