Holiday villa with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for 6 people, private pool, uniquely located in a quiet rural area near Arta, Mallorca.
Perfectly located just 2km from Arta and Within 10- 15kms a wide selection of beaches can be reached by car (some amazing bays like Cala Torta, Cala Agulla, and Cala Ratjada). Villa Es Comella is a truly special property, located in the idyllic countryside of Arta, providing breath-taking rural views. Surrounded by more than 3000sqm of private gardens and natural vegetation, accessed via a private country lane to guarantee that the villa offers its guests’ peace and total privacy.
The inside of this villa set over 2 floors is stylish and spacious and has been beautifully finished making wide use of wood and local stone, carefully mixed with modern amenities and details. The interiors have been carefully designed to provide stylish details and modern comforts, yet a homely feeling.
The ground floor is spacious and open plan, kitchen/dining area, lounge/dining area.
