Very clean and modern.
No place to dry clothes when it’s raining. No clothes dryer and no indoor drying rack. Our entire stay of over a week it rained so this was a disadvantage for us as we needed to wash clothes.

Clean, tidy and in a perfect spot for visiting family.Good value against hotel rooms nearby.
Great if travelling with children or have children visiting as play grounds and green spaces nearby..
I felt it lacked a little decoration, not very homely in fact no paintings or prints at all.
If you stay somewhere for a week you do need a little comfort.

We very much appreciate the nice clean place to spend our time in Melbourne. Only one thing we was far away from shops. But the house saw nice and spacious good heating well equipped with everything. One thing I would of liked if there was fresh milk in the fridge as we arrived late and would of liked an cup of tea.
