Awful place

The location was good for us near the train station.

No communication with staff. Filthy, dirty, smelled of urine. Rat poo and cigarette ash on the floors. The main lock did not work very well so we, felt really unsafe. Not able to contact any staff durung our stay. We had to pay to stay somewhere else, the second night because it was so bad. Still waiting to hear back about a refund.

Wouldn’t stay again and would of liked a resolution should of contacted me after visiting the property

There was a smell to the property I contacted the agent and moved out of the property they told me they would be at the property in the evening but never had any more contact I told them the first night it smelt of smoke as I was coughing a lot due to my asthma Offered me a dehumidifier but it wouldn’t of helped the smell

There was a smell to it which was horrible couldn’t eat or sleep in here due to this being very strong

Great base for Alton Towers.

Loads of room, comfortable lounge area, well equipped kitchen area. Great WiFi, private and secure parking. Supermarket less than 5 minutes away.

The beds. One was ok but the pull out bed wasn't really designed for an adult, or an older child. Two proper singles should really be there.

The flat was small,beautiful and clean. Easy to find. Close to amenities. And it was very quiet. Good experience. It is a good accomodation.

The flat is small. I was only one and for one person it is perfect for a short stay. It was in stoke so for stoke is good. No bad experiences at all.
