1. The bathroom walls were dirty upon arrival. I had to pay a lady to properly clean it. The pipes are old and lack maintenance. 2. Washing was not so good. Very cheap, but not good. 3. Ceiling fans were dirty, rusty, and old.

Convenient to visit family and go to beach and resort for meals.

The condo is close enough for easy ocean access, and is located between several swimmable coves. Aside from that, three of the four restaurants in Perla Marina are wonderful.
Assuming I was the first use of the season, so place was pretty musty til it got aired out.
