Sosúa’s main strip, Pedro Clisante Street, closes off to traffic after dusk and is the hub of nightlife in this beach town. Bars, lounges, and nightclubs lining the street continue on late into the night. Live music is usually on the menu at least once a week, including variations of rock and blues at a number of expat-owned establishments.
Conveniently located between Pedro Clisante (main strip) and Villa Ana Maria (with restaurants such as Captain Bailee, Margot, Bologna, Supermarket superpola etc.), our condo is a perfect vacation spot for solo traveler or couples looking to have fun in Downtown Sosua, walking distance to almost every point of interest.

Fresh sheets and towels are provided every 3 nights for free. If you need a change before that time, an extra fee will apply. Please notify the manager at least one day in advance. Changes are facilitated during working hours, Monday to Saturday, from 9 am to 4 pm. Simply provide the dirty items, and we'll replace them with fresh ones. Towels are also available for purchase at 20 USD each.
TELEVISION CABLE BOX
The television cable box service is available at a rate of USD 2 per day. For reservations lasting 20 days or more, the cost is reduced to USD 1 per day. Alternatively, enjoy complimentary access to Netflix.
SWIMMING POOL ACCESS
We have another building with a swimming pool, located just 7 minutes away on foot from this facility. Guests who have booked at the time of reservation are entitled to use the pool area of the mentioned building. Please check with the manager for more details and access arrangements.
