Boone Bounty

The location was perfect for visiting the town of Boone. Close to Blowing Rock! Cabin was comfy and roomy. Kitchen was stocked well for cooking. Loved the gas fire place. Nice updated cabin!

Dirty frying pan in the dishwasher with other dishes. Used towel and shower on the back of bathroom door. Some food left in sink drain. WIFY was sketchy probably because of weather.

Nicely furnished cabin. Lots of space to spread out. Great location.

The electronic door lock was irritating as it was finicky and often failed to open on the first couple of tries. It was also tricky to fully lock the door (because the door latch hole and the deadbolt latch hole don't line up on the door jam). To lock fully, I had to hold the door handle down while throwing the deadbolt to a fully locked position, only then could I release the door handle. If the door is latched, the deadbolt won't fully engage and the electronic lock won't set itself. That's the only negative. Everything else about the house was great.

Very clean. No issues with internet. Convenient location. Large lot so you have privacy. Nice floor plan.

Very scenic, close to Boone, everyone loved the house.

Sometimes poor cell service but I can live with that.
