Exceptional

It's a very spacious apartment with everything you need. Really nice balcony with a view, outside pool, fantastic internet connection, which is crucial if you're travelling for work.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor with no lift, so it's not accessible to anyone with any physical disabilities and the entire location is uphill, so again not ideally accessible

Exceptional

Very nice apartmant, spacious and comfortable. Great sea view from terace. We also got a building parking spot so the car was not on the sun. If you are going by foot to the beach, on the way back you will have 300-400 meters walking up the hill, which can be great excersise 😀

Ferien in Petrovac

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt angenehm. In Petrovac gibt es einen Supermarkt und eine Bäckerei. Man ist schnell über Treppen von der Wohnung am Meer. Die Promenade ist voll von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten von Eis bis Restaurants und Souveniren. Der Strand heißt zwar Sandstrand, ist aber eigentlich aus kleinen Steinen gebildet, also schadet es nicht, wenn Kinder ihre Wasserschuhe mitnehmen. Das Wasser wird relativ schnell tief und der Strand war schon im Juni total voll. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten Bootstouren zu buchen und sie waren alle relativ preisgünstig. Die Aussicht vom Balkon der Wohnung war klasse und dieser ist relativ lange im Schatten. Man kann ihn also gut nutzen. Das Haus verfügt über einen gemeinschaftlich nutzbaren Pool. Dieser war sauber und für die Kinder eine willkommene Abwechslung. Außerdem ist er den ganzen Nachmittag im Schatten. In der Wohnung gab es Geschirr, eine Waschmaschine und einen Herd. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert gut. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer war gut, die Couch nicht ganz so gut zum Übernachten.

Die Parkmöglichkeiten am Haus sind sehr eng und ständig wird man von Nachbarn zugeparkt. Das ist leider nicht gut gelöst. Die Utensilien in der Küche (außer Geschirr und Herd) waren etwas abgenutzt. Der Kühlschrank hat leider kein Gefrierfach, es gibt keine Kaffeemaschine und die Badewanne läuft unten aus. Generell ist die Wohnung länger nicht mehr renoviert worden.

Ідеальне місце, багато простору, в наявності є просто все (пральна машина, посудомийна, порошок та капсули до них,мікрохвильовка, чайник, праска, пилосос). Дуже великий і зручний диван. Окремої уваги заслуговує вид з тераси, він дуже гарний. Для нас було важливим парко місце, тут було місце в гаражі.

Маленький мінус це підйом в гору, але для нас це не було проблемою
