Property appeared to have good facilities

Inability to access. Keybox was missing and was unable to access. Manager was very slow to respond & couldn’t provide access until the next day.

Wonderful spot! Terrible or impossible communication with the owner!! Very poor old equipment!!!

The only thing that was ok is that this amazing apartment is in an excellent spot in the very heart of the old city!

1. Wrong code for the key box = after several attempts for communication with the owner and two hours waiting they send the right code for entering the apartment. 2. Just one towel per person. We asked for a second one but nothing happened. 3. Filthy sheets smelling :( 4. Very poorly equipped apartment. 5. Last but the most important!!! They ask for an unreasonable guarantee deposit which they refunded after 20 days of our check out!! AND nobody was there when leaving the apartment to guarantee that everything was ok and that the amount would be duly refunded!!!

Lovely spacious main room and quiet bedrooms.

There were a number of issues (see below). We did message the landlord privately (to give them a chance to address prior to posting a review) about these but the response was lacklustre and none of the issues were rectified while we were there. -broken and loose toilet seat -washing machine lid hinge and latch broken and machine not usable -no kettle to boil hot water -no “arrival supplies”- not even a few tea bags or small amount of coffee (every other place we have rented in France at least provides some small arrival pack).

Zum Vermieten gehört nicht nur die Wohnung, sondern auch die Betreuung der Gäste.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut. Die Wohnung ist geräumig.

Der Code für das Schliessfach zum Schlüssel wurde falsch durchgegeben. Wir standen vor verschlossener Türe. Unsere Anfrage für den richtigen Code wurde nach 4 Stunden ohne Entschuldigung beantwortet. Der Gastgeber hat sich auch nachher auf Kontaktaufnahme unsererseits nicht mehr bei uns gemeldet. Die Küche war schlecht geputzt, v.a. der Kochherd.

Mooie locatie en ruim maar niet doen!

De locatie, super leuke wijk met veel gezellige eettentjes

De hygiëne. Het was echt slecht. De douchecabine zat vol met schimmel. Er hing echt een mega groot spinnen web in een hoog raam. Er stond een grote ladder in het appartement dus het had makkelijk weggehaald kunnen worden. Er zaten vlekken op de deken op de bank. Er zat schimmel op de muur van een van de slaapkamers en haren in de douche. Foto’s zijn beschikbaar.

Emplacement top, appartement très agréable, meublé agréablement et très fonctionnel. Particulièrement calme.

Le code indiqué du coffre pour récupérer les clés était faux! Beaucoup de poussière et d'humidité dans l'appartement.

Mauvais séjour dans le logement

Rien dans le logement sale, mal équipé, avec beaucoup de choses cassées. En plus nous avons subi un vol sans effraction . Les voleurs sont entrés avec un double des clefs. On m'a volé mon Mac Book air avec mon disque dur externe (tourtes mes infos personnelles et pro), mes cables et écouteurs. Pochette et livre.

Améliorations

La localisation proche de la gare et en plein centre! La réactivité de la conciergerie qui a changé nos draps à notre demande.

Le ménage n'etait pas à la hauteur d'autant plus que le bien est géré par une conciergerie. Le ménage avait normalement été fait avant notre arrivée: on s'attendait de fait à un sol, des draps impeccables. Une attention particulière devrait etre portée aux linges de lit, il y avait des taches et odeur. Les 2 chambres du fond sont assez humides avec signes apparants pour celle au bout du couloir. Pas de chauffage dans ces 2 chambres manque de pot notre week-end a été froid et pluvieux. Ces petits details à considérer pour améliorer l'appartement.

Sa situation géographique.l La réactivité du gestionnaire, que nous avons appelé et avec lequel nous avons échangé par mail quelques fois en 2 jours.

L’appartement est très humide. Le ménage n’a pas été fait correctement, poussière, alèse tâchée, serviettes de bain malodorantes. Il nous a fallut réclamer le code Wifi qui n’est nulle part car pas du tout de réseau entre ces pierres. Le WC de la salle de bain est HS, aucune indication pour nous le signaler…heureusement il y en a 2. Nous avons été très déçus par le rapport qualité prix.
