Villa Crypty

We LOVED our stay at Villa Crypty. First of all, communicating with the host was fantastic, he answered questions promptly, provided all kinds of amazing suggestions on what to do in the area when I asked (by WhatsApp), and provided welcome gifts. The villa had wonderful air conditioning, clean and lovely bathrooms, comfortable beds, a huge kitchen with every possible amenity you could need. We did not use the TV, so I can't say if it worked or not. We personally loved the neighborhood, which was quiet and away from the touristy areas. It was exactly the quiet escape we were looking for, and we loved wandering around the tiny streets looking at the lovely old homes, beautiful flowers, and the lovely church. Just a few minutes' walk was the most amazing bakery, and there were plenty of restaurants and tavernas just a 5 minute walk from the apartment. I wanted to take a longer stroll and was able to walk to the ocean in 15 minute down a very quiet road with olive trees, fig trees, caper bushes, and the roosters were crowing (it was 6am). The sunset was stunning later that evening. It was just a 20 minute drive from the airport and easy to find. It was a quick 20 minute drive to the other small port where we caught a ferry to Halki - a charming, quiet little island with lovely beaches, gorgeous architecture, delicious food and not very touristy. We were glad we didn't have to deal with catching a ferry from the old town. We could also drive to many of the beaches, old town, etc. in 30-45 minutes. If you are looking for a spacious, comfortable property with all the amenities, in a quiet area I would highly recommend Villa Crypty.

The streets around the villa were very narrow and winding and one day we literally got stuck - we took a wrong turn and could not get out of our spot. The neighbors all came out and helped us get our car out. It was a very friendly area, local families mostly. After that, we decided to park on a different street 1 minute walk from the villa to avoid getting stuck again, but other than the narrow streets, we loved everything else. I still would recommend that anyone choosing to stay at Villa Crypty rent a car instead of taking ubers or taxis, due to the distance from everything (which we found to be a plus, not a negative). I wouldn't even say we "didn't like" the narrow streets, just mentioning it - try to get a small car rental instead of a bigger one.

Περάσαμε υπέροχα! Το σπίτι είχε πραγματικά τα πάντα και ήταν πεντακάθαρο. Η φιλοξενία ήταν εξαιρετική και οι οικοδεσπότες μας υποδέχτηκαν με τοπικά προϊόντα για πρωινό, μια πολύ όμορφη και προσεγμένη κίνηση που εκτιμήσαμε ιδιαίτερα. Η επικοινωνία μαζί τους ήταν άψογη, γρήγορη και πάντα πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν. Το σπίτι ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, με σίδερο, σιδερώστρα, πιστολάκι και ό,τι άλλο μπορεί να χρειαστεί κάποιος για μια άνετη διαμονή. Η αυλή με τις ξαπλώστρες ήταν ιδανική για χαλάρωση. Βρίσκεται σε ήσυχη περιοχή, αλλά ταυτόχρονα πολύ κοντά σε σούπερ μάρκετ, ταβέρνες και ό,τι χρειάζεται κανείς. Επιπλέον, υπήρχε άνετο πάρκινγκ ακριβώς έξω από το σπίτι. Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Świetne miejsce na wypoczynek. Bardzo czysta i komfortowa willa, wyposażona dosłownie we wszystko, co potrzebne podczas urlopu. Cicha okolica, piękne widoki i dużo prywatności. Na duży plus zasługuje podejście właścicieli – przywitali nas lokalnymi produktami, a na pożegnanie otrzymaliśmy prezenty, czego wcześniej nie spotkaliśmy w innych obiektach. Bardzo mili i pomocni ludzie. Poruszaliśmy się po wyspie wynajętym samochodem, dzięki czemu lokalizacja była dla nas idealna i nie mieliśmy żadnych problemów z komunikacją. Obiekt stanowi świetną bazę wypadową do zwiedzania Rodos, a jednocześnie pozwala odpocząć z dala od tłumów.

Bed's uncomfortable at all needs to be replaced immediately, strong smell of mold inside the house. The key door hard to open needs to be fixed.
