About this villa rental
This new construction home is ready for your family vacation or getaway. Located in Costa Del Sol Bejuco, this is the newest home available and comes with all of the amenities you need for a great vacation. Private pool, BBQ, rancho with outdoor dining, jungle views with visits from the Scarlett Macaws and Monkeys. The home is only 400 meters from the Blue Flag Playa Bejuco. Enjoy the day at the beach and then come home to your private pool oasis.
This is for the entire house. You also will enjoy access to all of the subdivision's amenities - two resort style swimming pools, bbq area, rancho.

The beach is a short five minute walk but a car is recommended to take advantage of all of the activities and sites in the area.
ELECTRICITY CHARGES- there will be no extra charge if your usage is under 40 kWh per day. This is very easy to maintain by ensuring the air conditioners are turned off when you are not using the rooms or out of the house. We will take a meter reading at check in and another at check out. Any usage over 40 KWh per day will be charged at $0.27 per kWh. This amount will be requested through AIRBNB under the Security Deposit claim procedure.
