Very nicely appointed, spacious, clean, great WiFi , comfortable beds, nice kitchen and dining room. All in a safe, quiet neighborhood close to the beach!

This home offered everything needed for a family vacation. The community pool is right across the street so it was easy to go back and forth. Reminder that there are only two parking spaces allowed in this community but limited overflow parking is in the front of the neighborhood. Bring a fitted sheet if you don't want to sleep on the mattress though.

The house was nice and clean but had a huge wet spot in the middle of the rug downstairs when we arrived and torn blinds in the bunk room. I reported it immediately. Then the next day there was a leak coming through the ceiling fan downstairs. We reported it. Maintenance came but couldn't find the source of the leak but asked us not to use the shower in one of the rooms for the duration of the trip. Pics and video was sent to the property contact. This was such an inconvenience. My son, his wife and 2 small children were in that room. We are guessing that's wherw the initial big wet spot came from before we arrived. We should receive a discount for the inconvenience.
