Welcome to "The Charming Grouper" where your family vacation just got better! This beautiful beach home is only minutes from the gorgeous waters of the Emerald coast, and right around the corner from the community pool! Wifi is blazing fast and rock solid service! Perfect for remote work and heavy streaming!
This home is located in the newer “Serenity at Dune Allen” community in Santa Rosa Beach on the west end of 30A, and just minutes from the popular shopping and dining area of Gulf Place. You and your family are sure to fall in love with everything this beautiful beach home has to offer! Beautifully decorated, while still feeling comfortable and welcoming for a family to enjoy. This open concept floor plan is the perfect place to entertain or even just to chill after a long day at the beach. The family room boasts a large sectional and two additional comfortable chairs with a huge Smart TV.
While staying at "The Charming Grouper" you also have access to a new 6 seater golf cart. This golf cart is street legal, so not only can you drive it to the beach access right across the street and the community pool, but also to all the shops and restaurants at Gulf Place!
The new Dune Allen beach access (with parking) is just 2 blocks away - a 1 minute golf cart ride, 2 minute bike ride or a 5-6 minute easy walk. Multiple additional public access points are also close by.
The exterior of the home features both a first and second floor covered front porch with comfortable chairs for your morning coffee or evening night cap. A side deck with a natural gas grill and additional seating along with a back patio with fire table and chairs give you a front row seat to the beautiful wooded area behind the house.

This home was one of the best rentals I have experienced so far along 30A. The home itself was beautifully decorated, very clean, and equipped with everything you could need. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were comfortable and plenty of bathrooms for the entire family. Having beach chairs, a wagon and other beach supplies made it so much easier to pack. Our interaction with Coastal Blue Vacation Rentals was fast and easy. Having the use of the golf cart was a bonus and one we found fun for our family. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Access to the beach was an easy walk or ride away. I would love to stay here again!

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Charming Grouper. It was spotless upon arrival. One of the cleanest houses we stayed in. It smelled fresh and the decor was beautiful. There is a tankless water heater so with four daughters we had constant hot water! The kitchen had everything you could want and we loved the cuisinart coffee maker as we don't like keurigs. We had so much space the set up was perfect. We have been to 30a many times and what we enjoyed about this particular location was the traffic really wasn't bad at all and there was plenty of room at the public beach. The foot sprayers and bathrooms were so convenient right there. The golf cart was a total blast! We could get to restaurants, coffee, and the beach with the electric golf cart which was super nice with the current gas prices. I would highly recommend the Charming Grouper. The communication was amazing. We had no needs but I felt like they kept in touch well so if we did need anything they were always available. We would stay here again without hesitation and I hope we do soon!! You will not be disappointed with this rental!!

This home was in a decent location with easy beach access. It was in generally good condition, but a few things were not up to our preferred standards - specifically, the furniture and rugs looked quite worn, the paint could use a tune up, and nearly every sink and shower was backed up and wouldn't drain. We just dealt with it but it wasn't great.Overall, the rental property was responsive but when the provided golf cart died and was not working for almost two days, they did not offer an alternative form of transportation or a refund. We have rented in this area for five years and this was our least favorite stay thus far. Just ready for some TLC.
