Tucked away on the peaceful "Little Kowaliga" side of the lake near Real Island, this fantastic vacation spot has everything you need for a memorable family retreat. Set on a spacious 1-1/4 acre lot, with 6 bedrooms (5 kings) and 4 bathrooms spread over 2 levels, there’s plenty of room for everyone to relax and have fun.
Kick back on the big covered porch with its comfy swing beds and take in the stunning Lake Martin views. The huge, fenced-in yard is perfect for your furry friends and for playing outdoor games, and the big trees give you some shade on those hot summer days.
Head down to the private dock for swimming, boating, or fishing, and spend evenings around the cozy fire pit. Enjoy the lake with the two paddle boards, a two-person kayak, or the giant floating lilypad that everyone loves.
Inside, you’ve got over 3,000 square feet of space. The main floor has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including a big master suite with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, plus a second bedroom that's great for guests with mobility issues.

Great location on the water and the yard was an extra bonus! Shady and flat which was perfect for playing badminton, volleyball, and wiffle ball. Quiet cove for kayaking and paddle boarding. The large back porch was so inviting and comfortable as it had 2 large swings and enough chairs for the entire family as well as 3 fans. Our family traveled from Arkansas, Tennessee, and North Carolina and we made so many special memories together. The host communicated well before and during our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at The Sycamore Cove cabin!! Beautiful easy access with everything you could think of!! We enjoyed the outdoor porch area the most!!! The swing beds were so comfy!! Landscape was Beautiful!! Leigh & Doug are quick to answer any concerns you may have !! Kitchen fully equipped!! House layout is perfect!! We can’t wait to return!!

Perfect house for 8 adults. Comfortable furnishings. Neat and clean. Plenty of room to spread out. Fabulous covered porch. Plenty of water toys for entertainment.
