About this house rental
Enjoy the picturesque views of Epic H20asis on Martin. Our captivating lake house has a heated private saltwater pool overlooking beautiful Lake Martin. The huge deck is perfect for grilling, sun tanning or lounging around the saltwater pool with friends and family. To take in all of the Epic H2Oasis experience, you can enjoy our hot tub overlooking Lake Martin. Prefer soaking up the lake? We have 5 kayaks. Lastly, we offer an on-site pontoon boat rental. This is THE EPIC SPOT on Martin.
Epic H20asis on Martin is a 5 bedroom and 4.5 bath home. Our water amenities are perfect for families wanting to make memories at Lake Martin. We are the only short-term rental on Lake Martin with a heated private saltwater pool and hottub. This large and spacious lake home is prefect for multiple families looking to have a fun time on Lake Martin. Kids are bound to love our incredible game room and custom bunk bed as described below. Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
Bedrooms 1 and 2 are located on the main level. Each have a queen size mattress, and share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom.
The Master Bedroom has a king size mattress and is on the main level with an en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 4 is downstairs and has a king size mattress. It also has an en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 5 is a custom bunk room with 5 queen mattresses. The room is approximately 500 square foot and one of a kind on Lake Martin. The bunk room has a newly added full bathroom. This one of a kind bunk room is a kids paradise.
The main level also has a powder room.
Gameroom:
The game room is perfect for kids and adults. We have mortal kombat, terminator, skee ball, and much more. We also have a claw machine with stuffed animals. Similar to the bunk room, this is a unique feature unlike any other short term rental on Lake Martin.
Brick Room:
Our brick room is perfectly located between the kitchen and saltwater pool. It has a wall of windows with stunning water views. This space has a built-in banquet with plenty of seating. It also has a wet bar that is perfect for making drinks to entertain. If that's not enough, you can enjoy playing a game of pool on our beautiful slate pool table.
Outside:
We are the only short-term rental on Lake Martin with a heated private saltwater pool and hot tub. We also have a fire pit out by the lake that is the perfect spot to gather at night for making S'mores. Last but not least, we have 5 kayaks that come complimentary during your stay.
Boat and Water Slide Rental Option
If you crave more water adventures, we have options to rent a pontoon boat and water slide during your stay! We offer VRBO guest great incentives when they rent a boat or water slide. For instance, cleaning fees for your VRBO stay can be credited toward a boat rental. Bundle boat and water slide and save even more. Message the host for details.
Boat Docking / External Watercraft Policy:
Guests bringing their own boat or personal watercraft are permitted with prior notice. A docking fee of $250 will apply per stay. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a boat so we can coordinate access and ensure dock space is available.

Handicap bars in the master bathroom would be nice. With the ramps, the house is ideal. The bars would be an inexpensive addition that would have helped greatly. Better lighting in the living room in particular would be great. Another chair in the living room would be great. Written instructions for the living room fan/light is needed. Also, the machine downstairs that has the toys is broken with the crane twisted around a wire so it’s not usable. Advance notice on the lack of skis and inner tube for the boat would have allowed us to bring them. Walmart was all sold out and Laura has rented all of hers.

We enjoyed our stay here! It was able to accommodate multiple families. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the various common areas; especially the kids areas. The pool and arcade were added perks for night time entertainment. A few areas that could be improved on—cozy outdoor seating on the deck, more loungers by the pool, and pool lights. Would have also preferred something other than a barn door on the downstairs master, as others could see right through the gap in the door. Overall, great stay!

We are 5 couples who travel together a lot and many times at Lake Martin. So far this place was the best lake house and the area was not overly busy, a good location to marinas. This property has everything you need for a great stay. We enjoyed the pool every evening after being on the pontoon. We chose to rent his pontoon and it was very nice and convenient. The pool table kept us busy too. And the last night we played in the game room for hours. We should have done that sooner. The rooms were comfortable. The kitchen was small but well laid out. Each couple cooked one night. A great long table in the pool room was the perfect place for us to eat together. We would stay here again for sure.

Great property for our family, 7 adults and 4 children. Beautiful, quiet spot on the lake. We enjoyed the kayaks, the boat, and just swimming off the dock. We go on a Memorial Day vacation each year. This was one of our favorites! Hope to come back!
