About this house rental
Pier home that has 2 bedrooms with 2 full bathroom. Master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, flat screen TV, two night stands, dresser and closet for clothes. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. 2nd bedroom has two double beds, TV, night stand, closet, dresser. Hall bathroom has tub/shower combo. Living room has a cathedral ceiling with a sleeper sofa and three chairs to enjoy television or just to relax after a day at the beach. Dining area has seating for four. Kitchen bar area does have an additional three chairs. Kitchen has refrigerator, icemaker, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, regular coffee pot, keurig coffee pot, toaster, garbage disposal, pots and pans, dishes, glasses, silverware and all items needed for cooking. House does have a washer and dryer for renters use. WiFi is also available. Grill is also available for renters to use. Enjoy the sun and stunning lake views on the furnished 3/4 wrap around deck. Ceiling fan is also outside to keep the area cooler. Down stairs is extra seating outside with two swings. Home has a concrete driveway with covered parking. Downstairs also has an outside shower for rinsing off after you get back from the beach. Pets allowed under 20 pounds. No smoking.

The property description is accurate. Be aware that the street is a little narrow. Although the property is clean there are some minor maintenance issues that need to be addressed but nothing that would prevent us from renting the property again. Rose Real Estate's customer service was exceptional. We would recommend the property. No improvements made. Broken bathroom drawer, limited space makes that especially annoying. Outdoor furniture not good, broken microwave, dining room rug is stained and not acceptable. pool updates very disappointing, bathrooms are nice but that roof with plywood patches is awful, it could sure use attention to the mold covering the remaining roof. Golf cart rentals are really gouging the snowbirds ESPECIALLY w/o windshields.
