This little house was the perfect spot for my family of four to stay while exploring Mount Rainier National Park. It was cozy, extremely clean, and in the perfect location. Nickolas, the host, was so friendly and very quick to answer messages. The loft is a great place for younger kids to have their own spot, while the living room was a cozy place for our family to spend the evenings together. The hot tub, hammock, swinging bench, bonfire pit, grill, outdoor seating, and lawn games were all great additions! The neighborhood was very quiet and we enjoyed walking the streets and admiring the beautiful wildflowers. We drove about 2.5 hours from the Portland airport to this Vrbo, stopping at Cascade Select Market for groceries (worth noting that due to the secluded location, there are not many grocers around and it is important to plan ahead). I’m sure it would be about the same from Seattle. We were able to spend 9 hours a day hiking in the national park, because Little Red is literally right at the Nisqually entrance; we didn’t need to incorporate driving time to and from the park into our long days. Additional kitchen appliances included a toaster, kettle, and Instapot. Overall, five out of five stars! Would recommend. Thank you, Nickolas and family! We hope to be back soon!

It was such a beautiful and relaxing trip! Though it was a tiny home it was very spacious. It was so cute, lots of heaters (and fans/AC for warmer months), great hot tub, so pretty out with the snow and everything. It was so cute and I'd definitely come back!

Hot tub was not clean when arrived. The toilet felt as if was going to fall through the floor (that was very slanted) and the tub bottom was squishy. There was a railing leading to the loft that was unattached from the wall. The location to the park was amazing! It was clean enough!
