About this cabin rental
Enjoy the serene beauty of the countryside with all the comforts of a modern home in this perfect retreat. Spacious 2BR/1BA Updated Rambler on a Large Lot. New fences in 2022. Small pond in your backyard is connected to the Big Creek nearby so fishing is available (bring your own gear)! Many great hiking trails and outdoor activities, access to the community lake, 8 minutes from the entrance of Mt. Rainier National park. Your perfect getaway home awaits!
The home has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and is 864 sqft. It is one level home on a large & flat lot, with 4 steps to the entrance door.
**Floor Plan**
• All rooms are on one floor. Primary bedroom (King bed); secondary bedroom (full bed); living room has a queen sized pull out sofa for additional sleeping. Bathroom has shower only.

**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• Cancellation — Policy is upheld strictly. Extensions welcome based on availability. Shortened stays and date changes are subject to our cancellation policy. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**About Fees & Pricing**
• The regular nightly rate covers 4 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 6 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests.
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday's pricing.
• Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome; We charge $50/night for your pet(s) which have already been included in your invoice if you have selected pets on your reservation.
**House Rules**
• This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
• Use of fire pit and charcoal grill are prohibited during the burn ban

This place is absolutely fabulous! Very clean, cosi and welcoming. The house is equipped with everything necessary and is very toddler friendly. Location great. Hosts were very courteous and responded quickly to texts.

Really cozy and quiet house with a creek behind it. Tons of deer to see so keep your furry friends close. No groceries around, shop before coming to Ashford. Very close to Mount Rainier!

It was very quiet neighborhood, loved the jacuzzi and the coffee available for morning sunrise. The only thing the backyard was so full of geese poop you couldn’t walk around it was on every step you took.
