About this cottage rental
Small house located in the town of Rouffignac Saint Cernin in the Pays de Jacquou le Croquant, in the Vézère Valley, close to all amenities. Very well equipped, it will offer you a most pleasant stay and great comfort.
The house comprises in a large open first floor:
A fully equipped kitchen, with a 4-burner gas stove, two ovens, a microwave oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster
A dining area with a large antique table and a lounge area with sofa, TV and small extra bed for a child;
A bathroom, with washing machine,
Separate toilets,
Upstairs, in the tower, a bedroom with a double bed 160x200 and air conditioning.
Also available you will find, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner
Outside, covered terrace with sink, table and chairs, deckchairs. A salt and infinity swimming lane is reserved for you.
The rental includes for 2 people:
2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, 1 bath mat, 2 washcloths, 2 kitchen towels, 2 hand towels, 1 apron, 1 bed linen.
Cleaning is at your expense (carried out by you before departure). We can offer you a flat rate of 60€ for the cleaning of the entire cottage.
Ideal for 2 people (or with a child) for a relaxing stay, or to come and work in peace, this house will charm you with its setting and comfort.

This is an exceptional property in a stunning, peaceful setting. It was a delight to the senses to be surrounded by such beauty in nature with views of the garden and the distant horizon, perfumed flowers and the sound of birdsong and faraway church bells. The delightful hosts Philippe and Sebastian have considered everything to make sure you have a good stay. We really enjoyed our time here. Everything was perfect from the fabulous kitchen with it’s amazing view to the lovely shower with glimpses into the garden, our early morning swims in the cool saltwater pool and all the outside living spaces. There was so much to see and do in the local area that we ran out of time. We hope to be back soon! Thank you so much Philippe and Samuel for your kind hospitality.

What a Wonderful property. It has everything you need for a restful stay. The best bed we have ever slept in in any hotel or rental property along with an amazing pool with a view to die for. Phillipe and Sam were excellent hosts - we can’t wait to go back!

The house was wonderful and Philippe and Samuel were so helpful. We arrived when the shops had shut on the Sunday and they got us some provisions to tied us over. We would have been stuck without this.The house is in a lovely, quiet location and the views are amazing.We had a lovely week and the weather was kind except for the last day when it rained.Highly recommend if you want to visit this area.

My wife and I spent a week in this beautiful house. It is very luxury and you have everything you need. The in- and outdoor light-plan is impressive. The two hosts are very kind and helpful. While enjoying the stunning views and the quietness you feel very much at ease. For people who love nature and the wonderful Perigord landscapes, this is the perfect location for a holliday.
