Very clean villa is spacious location excellent

Nothing really maybe could do with one bedroom with twin beds

We were really satisfied with everything! Everything what you need is there in 2-3 minutes by walk - even the sea. We asked earlier and late check in was also possible too. Stephanie was really helpful! The pool is also perfect! Thanks for everything!

Pernera Holiday Villa 588 Such a shame this could have been a 5* review so easily. The Villa is in a great location, in good order internally and well appointed with sizeable rooms and plentiful storage. The pool lies roughly East to West and so enjoys the sun for much of the day, however in the later months of the year it is in the partial shadow of the villa. The gated private estate is clean, quiet and within a few minutes walking distance of beaches, bars, shops & restaurants. Protaras centre is just a 30 minute promenade walk, or a 2 euro bus ride away. Now as to why I have given it only a 3* review. We had a late flight, arriving at the Villa at around 11:30 pm , that in itself posed some problems as our taxi ( and subsequently others) had problems locating the address, having finally gained entry were extremely disappointed to find no welcome or information pack. If they had just provided a couple of tea bags or coffee sachets to give us something until the shop opened next morning would have made all the difference. With no information we were unable to access the Wifi, had no idea when the cleaner or pool man would need access or as to the local rules( e.g. no paper in the toilet ). Futhermore the stated security box was missing and several outside lights were not working. In fairness, on contacting Stephanie from Booking.com she sorted the WiFi codes, had a safe fitted the next day and an electrician came and sorted the lights and could not have been more helpful. Outside needs a little updating, the wooden canopy to the rear is in need of repair & the tiled area's around the pool is beginning to show its age. Perhaps it is the reduced hours of sunshine but the solar heated hot water was only just enough for 4 people, there may have been an immersion heater but if so, no information was provided. Having said all this, would we go back? - yes, most certainly
