River Strand is a private community with 24/7 security. The 27-hole championship golf course was designed by Arthur Hills, featuring spectacular views of the Manatee River and panoramic greens and fairways. The club also offers eight lit, Har-Tru tennis courts with on-site tennis pro shop; Pickle Ball, multiple pools, two modern fitness centers. A beautiful 39,000 sq. ft. Tuscan-inspired main clubhouse offering casual and fine dining, a bar and grill room, billiard room, card room, conference room, golf pro shop, resort style pool with "sand" beach and tiki bar. River Strand has magnificently landscaped grounds with running and biking trails.
The home is perfectly located within a few minutes of I-75, just 15-20 minute drive to Florida's most renowned, white sand beaches like Anna Maria Island, Siesta Key Beach, Lido Beach or Longboat Key with a great little beach restaurants and tiki bars. 5 minutes from Ellenton Outlet Mall, 10 minutes UTC Mall, 20 minutes from beautiful downtown of Sarasota. Sarasota airport 20 minutes, Tampa airport 45 minutes.
GOLF MEMBERSHIP can be transfer for one month stay or longer. With membership you will have access to the golf, tennis, pickle-ball, gymss, restaurant, Tiki bar, all pools and all sports activities (Zumba classes, aqua aerobic, tennis and golf classes…) + car sticker for easier entrance through gate. Extra charge for Golf fee for each golf round (price is by the season) and classes tennis, golf, joga, .... Fee $573 is per stay and family (parents with kids under 21y old) and is not included in the rental rate.

Non smoking.
Renters are asked to spend a minimum of $100/month in the Club Restaurant and/or Pool Tiki Bar. This minimum applies to food purchases only, does not include beverages of any kind or gratuity.
Owner prefer full month rent during season (January - March).
Pool/Spa heating is available, price $150/week (payment after arriving cash or check or Zelle transfer).
Kids playpen and chair – on the request.
Reservation must be carried out minimum 15 days before tenant arriving, it are our area rules. You can ask for an exception, if will be possible.

The house was perfect for our stay even more so because it came with the golf membership. We found everything as described. The house was very clean and spacious. We would definitely come again.

The spaciousness of the house was really great.
This property is very well maintained and the property manager, Simona, super and prompt in taking care of any of our needs. Enjoyed the pool and view of the waterway. River Strand is a very nice community with many amenities.

We loved the house it had everything we needed. It was very clean and well organized. The pool area and the water view was amazing. We will definitely look to rent this location again.

Simona communicated great before our stay and met us at the house and showed us around upon check in. My first impression was the house is actually nicer than the pictures online show. The pics don’t do it justice. Very open, roomy and clean. The pool and outdoor space is beautiful and open. (We saw several alligators swimming in pond which excited my kids) My family stayed for a month and ran into a couple of issues with AC/ stuck sliding door/water heater but Simona worked to fix them right away.
The neighborhood is very nice. We used the clubhouse pool, ate lunch several times at tiki bar (sunburst salad is delish!), ordered delicious pizza for dinner and my husband played golf. The security is great and as neighborhood is tightly gated we felt very safe. The area is also very nice. Walmart at one entrance/Costco at the other. We could be at Anna Maria Island in 30 min. The only recommendation I’d make for owner is to update the furniture. The kitchen chairs and dark brown leather sofa are showing signs of wear. (We had a chair break on us at dinner) Also would suggest adding better pool instructions.

Listing was confusing. $ to heat pool really means to heat hot tub.
Need pizza pan/cutter and crockpot for long stays
We could never get AC below 75 (we like it about 72/73)
Overall I’d highly recommend this location. We used the pool daily with kids.
