This 2,617 square foot home features a spacious open floor plan resplendent with stylish furnishings and plentiful seating for entertaining. The wet bar and open dining area enhancements make for memorable quality moments. You’ll love creating delicious dinners in the designer kitchen, which is complete with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a bonus crockpot. There are also two coffee makers—one drip and one Keurig, perfect for starting the day your way.
The bedrooms are upstairs. The home sleeps a maximum of 12. The first master bedroom with a king bed is on the second floor. This master has a private bath and private balcony. The second guest bedroom has a king bed and shares a bathroom with the other guest room. The third guest bedroom has twin over full bunk beds.
On the third floor, you’ll find an additional guest suite with a private bath and exclusive outdoor space complete with views of this fine coastal community.
The fenced backyard is lovely for gathering, grilling, and relaxing. Meanwhile, the Destiny West community affords many opportunities for fun. There’s a large community pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and basketball goal. A short six minute walk away is Destin’s crown jewel—the Emerald Coast.

Our experience with My Vacation Haven was excellent, despite a last-minute change in location. They were incredibly helpful throughout the process, ensuring everything went smoothly. The house itself was beautiful, with a short and easy walk to both the beach and the pool. We did encounter a minor issue with the Wi-Fi, but Vacation Haven responded quickly and had maintenance address it right away. Overall, we had a fantastic stay, loved the house, and thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

It was a great location regarding walking to the beach and the pool. Trying to find a parking spot at the public beach access looked extremely difficult from what we observed daily and we felt no stress walking to the beach daily. The pool area was clean and quiet. The house was wonderful. The beds were alittle hard but not unbearable. The house had everything we needed and the garage full of beach items including chairs and umbrellas was so helpful. There are many restaurants and touristy areas to visit near by but not many options within walking distance. Parking and driving throughout Destin or further east down 30A is pretty slow and crowded. We had a great time staying in this rental. My only concern was a maintenance call that we made on arrival to the rental agency was never addressed but it didn’t ruin our trip.

The property was in a great location, perfectly described in the listing. Short walk to the beach, short drive to local shops and extremely clean upon arrival! My few complainants are due to maintenance issues, the hot water in the master bathroom (second floor) was not near hot enough like it was other areas of the home - not sure how this is possible. Another issue in the same bedroom was that we were unable to use the ceiling fan or the breaker would trip no matter what.
