About this house rental
4BR/ 3.5 Bath Home situated on 10 acres of land including an outdoor entertainment area that has everything you need. Large open floor plan with double French doors that line the back of the house providing a gorgeous view of the outdoor entertainment area. The Master bedroom is appointed with a king size bed, Roku tv and attached bathroom which includes a Walk in master shower and a separate large jacuzzi tub for your relaxing needs. Large sectional sofa in the great room provides a plethora of seating. Our home has 5 HDTV Smart TV’s ranging from 50-65” with WIFI included. TV’s are located in the living room, master bedroom, upstairs bedrooms, game room and outdoor pavilion/ entertainment area. The game room has bunk beds (twin over full ), a sofa, 2 extra large leather recliners and a PS5 for additional entertaining. We have a well appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances , open dining area with additional bar seating that can accommodate 11. The main floor houses the kitchen, dining, master bedroom-bathroom, 2 half baths, laundry room and an office/twin bedroom. Upstairs you will find 2 queen size bedrooms, a full bath and the game room which has bunk beds. We are centrally located between Tupelo and Pontotoc. 10 minutes to The City of Tupelo or Pontotoc, 40 minutes to Oxford- home of the Ole Miss Rebels, 60-70 min to Starkville (MS State Bulldogs) and only an hour 15 to Memphis.

This property was perfect for our needs. Plenty of sleeping space and amenities to serve our extended family. Even better was the ground floor bedroom for someone challenged by stairs. Great living room and porch for lounging, chatting and playing games. The only issue which the owner is aware of now is that the map on VRBO is a little off but the host was very easy to work with and gave us a great link to get there safe!

Spent our time outdoors under the covered deck…awesome- fireplace with wood provided…corn hole….fans tv heater..black stone oh my…! Fully furnished kitchen. private yard….hard to find so make sure to get directions from owner ! Loved our treats and all the extras provided -very responsive hosts/owners!!!

The descrption was accurate. The price was more than fair given that it was a football weekend and the Tacketts were amazing hosts. We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful outdoor kitchen area and the location of the property!
