About this house rental
Welcome to the quiet serenity of Lake Martin! Located on a very private cove, this lakefront cabin has all the necessities you need for a relaxing vacation. This is not a party house, but a quiet family-friendly cabin. 6 guests maximum at all times. No additional day guests. You can book with confidence--our cabin is professionally cleaned and sanitized in accordance with Airbnb standards, in between each and every stay. Your health and safety are our top priority! The Space: The entire home is yours alone and has a large stationary dock with an attached floating dock, allowing year around access to boating. WiFi is high speed wireless. The fireplace is inoperative – please make no attempt to use it during your stay. Pet Friendly: The only pets allowed at this rental are dogs. A maximum of two (2) dogs are allowed with prior approval. PLEASE BE ADVISED--There is a $100 non-refundable fee per dog. After making your reservation, you will be asked to submit your pet fee, if you did not during booking. Dogs are not to be left unattended, indoors or outdoors, at any time during your stay at the cabin. Owners are responsible for picking up and cleaning up after your pet. Other Things to Note: The owner requires a general lease agreement to be signed. After making your reservation, you will be asked to e-sign the document.

We loved the location of this house. The views from the deck were amazing. The boat dock was perfect for docking our pontoon boat and the swing was our favorite place to sit. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family has been visiting The Cabin on Wisteria Lane on/off since 2015. It’s a quaint cabin in a quiet area with wonderful views. The owner is an artist and has decorated the interior with her lovely artwork. The exterior porch is perfect for sipping morning coffee and taking in lake views while watching the geese and ducks. The kitchen table is where we enjoy playing family board games! The management company was easy to work with to arrange our stay. Thank you for another wonderful summertime trip on the lake!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the weekend at 736 Wisteria Lane. Everything was just as described. The view was fabulous and the access to the boat ramp was most convenient. We are looking forward to a return visit.
