Each of the 2 Living rooms are fitted with patio doors that open up to the extensive terrace area that is ideal for “al fresco” dining up to 8 people. The infinity pool and the terraces offer magnificent views over the Ionian Sea.
The house manager is available on the Island to make guests feel at home to relax and offer further support if required. The house manager will be doing the cleaning and laundry every 3 days and there is pool maintenance. We want everyone that stays at Villa Petalouda to have a fantastic holiday experience.. Our aim is to welcome holiday makers with a warm hospitable Greek welcome that ensures you want to come back to us every year!
House Rules:
-Smoking is not permitted indoors. Smoking is only permitted in outdoor areas. Please dispose of cigarette waste responsibly.
-Pets are not permitted
-Check in 2 pm & check out 10 am
FAQ
*Does the pool area get sun all day?
Yes, it does. But, the extensive outside space has large parasols at the seating areas & where the sunloungers are at the pool. We have catered for sun lovers and those people that need the shade. The 8-seated dining area space has a pergola/sails for shade. Also an olive tree.
*Are there many houses nearby? Is there privacy?
There are no houses nearby, only one villa at the back of the property and Villa Petalouda has been designed to have all the living spaces(inside/out) at the front, as it’s elevated for maximum panoramic Seaview across to mainland Greece & for the infinity pool at the front aspect.
There are no villas at the front or in the vicinity of the villa, ensuring privacy.
*Is the villa far from any shops and restaurants?
Loggos Harbour is within walking distance down a donkey trail, depending on guest mobility. There are tavernas/ restaurants & supermarkets. To the right further down towards Magazia, there is another supermarket & tavernas. Lakka is approximately 20/30 minutes, that offers shops/restaurants & a lovely harbour.
