Perfect location with beautiful Seaview. We got to see the dolphins swim in the ocean in the mornings. Breakfast spread was phenomenal with so many choices. Staff was pleasantly amazing and attentive. While the facilities were easily accessible, clean and user friendly. I would definitely stay here again and again!

Lovely architecture and design of the hotel and rooms. Even the gym design is great.
The service level was bad considering its a JW chain hotel.
On the first night we had a housekeeping guy bring in our extra bed and smelled really really bad. So bad that we had to keep our windows open and sit on the balcony for an hour. When we explained it to the manager, we requested he send someone to clean and maybe bring in some air purifier or air fresheners. 30 mins later, he sends us the same guy with the smell. Had to go down to the lobby to explain again.
Also had multiple wrong food orders, and so much miscommunication in general.
