DINO One-Bedroom Apartment 12is a 3star Apartment.It is located in 12minutes walking distance from town centre and in 15minutes walking distance from the nearest beach. Interior size is 40m2. It is located on floor: 1. The accommodation has 2 balconies. The size of the balconies are 6and 2 m². The accommodation has one air conditioner. The air conditioner is located in the kitchen. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself.
PARKING: Private parking space is available in the courtyard of the house.
MAXIMUM GUESTS: 3 person
BED DESCRIPTION: 1 double bed + 1 extra bed (sofa bed foldable single). If the extra bed is used, there is an additional cost (per person).
CHILDREN: One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using main bed.
PETS: One pet is allowed and extra charge is 7€ per night. The surcharge is paid upon arrival in cash. If you have more than 1 pet, send a request to check if it is possible to make an exception.

This is an awesome place with a beautiful balcony and comfortable chairs perfect for enjoying even a glimpse of the sea. The host was very friendly, and the cleanliness was impeccable. It’s in a nice, quiet neighborhood with parking available in the backyard.

The host was really kind and friendly.The apartment was clean and comfortable ,it was also near to the beaches. Even our dog had a nice time here. If we travel to Rovinj again ,we would book the same apartment!
