Amazing time at the B&B Pinokkio

The host Mrs. Nyoman, her husband, and the B&B staff are very friendly and supporting the guests in any questions. The breakfasts are tasty and healthy. The rooms are clean and have everything what you as a guest are realy need in your vacation.

Chilled out, scenic, calm

Nyomen made breakfast for us daily and gave us two options. Both were delicious. Not just Nyomen but all staff were so friendly, helpful and accomodating. Really lovely lovely people and property was beautiful, clean and very chilled out.

Beautiful stay at Hidden Gem

Feels like home very welcoming. Nyoman and family so hospitable. Nyoman so kind and caring lady, nothing is to much trouble her family and staff are the true essence of this gem of a homestay. Bungalows were so cute and traditional. Restaurant was a lovely place to relax and in enjoy home cooked organic food and nice coffee. If you love animals as we do, you will encounter a sweet friendly dog and 2 lazy cats which just add to the authenticity of the homestay. Nyoman had our motorbike ready for us as requested on arrival which made it easy to get around and hassle free. Thank you for a beautiful stay at pinokkio b&b we will definitely return one day x

A great place for a relaxing stay.

The staff were very friendly, very including Pino the cat. I loves my little cabin and it was private enough that I felt like I had a whole house to myself.

The peaceful nights, listening to the crickets and Kecaks. The bungalows were super cute and the bed was really comfortable, I loved the green surroundings. They also take care of the local stray dogs which made me happy!

Amazing Place with amazing staff

I liked the entire environment, nice and comfortable bungalows in a very quiet area. Beds are very comfortable, rooms very spacious and an amazing breakfast. Staff super friendly and helpful. Nearby there's a lovely tourist attraction with plenty of restaurants and cafes. I will definitely go back.

Great value for money, amazing host

Clean, cute, the bathroom was ok, spacious room and comfortable bed, the lady of the B&B is amazing!!! So nice, helpful, gave me great recommendations for beaches and things to do, cooks amazing breakfast and dinner. She cooks only for the guests. It was really the best non-fish dinner of my 20 day Bali adventure and the best cassava chips I had ever. Everything homemade from scratch and on top of that took care of my food intolerance. If you stay there for sure, try her cooking. Generally everyone from the staff was very nice and sweet. New and well maintained. Airco and net were useful. Close to the Wishnu cultural park, which was great to explore, and they had a festival on the day I went. The B&B can provide good scooters and helmets on the spot for ok price. I did extend my stay from 2 to 4 nights there because the hosts were so nice.

Not the best if you want to meet people or maybe I was unlucky there weren't many when I stayed. Construction in the area which can't be helped, of course, but going on all the time from early morning. Pool is very small, like 2x2m or something like this - just for dipping for sure not swimming, but it is very cutely organised and pretty and clean so :). The main issue for me was the rooster and bikes noise, and earplugs didn't help much(they did provide them upfront, and I also had my own). I managed to sleep well 1 out of 4 nights. The walls are very thin wood, so it is as if you're outside with the roosters, barking dogs and bikes. Which is common for the whole area. Many stray dogs around, which were actually ok, but the neighbour's dogs made it impossible for me to walk anywhere as they were very territorial. U need a scooter or a gojek for anything. Which also can't be helped and goes for the whole island, so keep in mind u will need it. It is not popular to walk in Uluwatu or Bali as a whole apart from the very, very turistic spots next to a centre or monument/temple.

Lovely stay

Our stay was short but incredibly sweet, made even sweeter by the host who shared some amazing food and good stories with us. The grounds are clean and rooms spacious. We highly recommend.

Great villa for a traditional joglo experience

The property was authentically traditional, safe, and well maintained. The air conditioner was wonderful, and the breakfasts were excellent, especially the homemade bread/toast, fresh fruit, and delicious lattes! Snakeskin fruit was a new fruit for me, and we loved it. I didn’t like not having access to filtered water included, and no tea kettle in our room to make our own tea or instant coffee. I also didn’t like having to use the same towels, face clothes, and hand towels for 7 days, especially when we were sick. Thankfully, Nyoman was very helpful is getting us proper medication for our severe Bali belly. The location of the villa is fairly quiet and rural, but within easy Gojek distance of main attractions of southern Bali. )and walking distance of GWK. We loved having Nyoman’s young daughter, cat, and dogs around… plus visiting with guests in the gorgeous restaurant space, or by the refreshing pool. We loved Nyoman’s Italian cooking, over several dinners, especially the carbonara.

A place to feel like home

The room is comfortable. Good and central location with easy access by scooter or car (Grab and Gojek arrive really fast) from the beaches, Garuda Wisnu Kencana Cultural Park and the airport (30 min). Nice pool to relax. The best of this place are the owners, Nyoman and Tony, who made me feel so welcome, just like longtime friends. The breakfast was carefully prepared by Nyoman, who made a delicious gluten free bread to attend my food restriction. They serve really good coffee. The pets, cats and a dog called India, made my stay even better.

Exceptional

I had a wonderful stay in the lovingly designed and fairly new B&B complex. As a solo traveler, I owned the small but beautiful cottage right next to the beautiful and clean pool. Nyoman and her team ensure a great feel-good atmosphere, the delicious breakfast is freshly prepared and enjoyed in the Warung with a beautiful view. The B&B is located in the middle of the southern part of Bali and you can reach all corners in 20 minutes by scooter! A scooter is needed as there are no shops or restaurants within walking distance.

Just an awsome home away from home :-)

Nyomans place was my favourite one in Bali so far! The accomodation ist beautiful, just as you imagine your Bali Bungalow paradise! The bungalows are well maintaned and the bathrooms are nice, all situated in a beautiful garden-compound. The best part by far is Nyoman and her staff. They are just wonderful, helping with transport options, answering questions and giving great suggestions. The breakfast room has a great view where you can enjoy the delicious homemade food, that has a variing surprise option for breakfast every day! I felt very much at home and may return at the end of my trip, as a lot of other people did during my stay there!

The bungalows can get a bit noisy at night sometimes, but usually the neighborhood is very quiet.

Pinokkio is tugged away from Bukit‘s buzz, and has an almost retreat like feeling. The Joglos are beautiful and super well fitted. The garden adds to the overall atmosphere. And the food was so good! Hands down, loved it!

Cozy place to explore Uluwatu

Nyoman made us feel like home from the very beginning. She is the owner, speaks fluent English, Italian and Indonesian (among others I believe) and was even too kind to cook dinner for us a couple of nights (the surrounds are a bit limited and you need a scooter to go have dinner, but she gives an excellent alternative after a long day of excursions). The pool is super nice, normally quiet. The rooms are comfortable and clean with enough hot water (you have to wait a bit between showers, but it’s fine). She has an adorable dog (even if I am not a dog friend, he was quiet) and some cats.

the place with the best atmosphere :)

This accommodation was one of the best we have ever been to. During our month-long honeymoon in Bali, we visited 6 accommodations, including 4-5 star hotels, but we loved this accommodation the most. Not because of equipment but because of Nyoman. We felt very welcome here and Nyoman was like a family friend. Our room was very clean, without stench from the drain and without insects. Her homemade breakfast was incredibly delicious and we absolutely loved the view of the valley. The location is absolutely great if you want to visit all the beaches in the Bukit peninsula, but you need a scooter. Without a scooter you are a bit "in the middle of nowhere". But dont worry, Nyoman has scooters available in her place, so you dont need to manage it. However, you are in the center of peninsula so you have everything close - max about 20 minutes' drive. We spent 5 days here and if I could come here again I wouldn't hesitate for a second. So stop reading reviews and book your stay right away :) Simona + Kamil :)

Beautiful non-touristic location, you can easily go to the beaches nearby by bike, scooter or taxi (~15min). Great breakfast with different options and fruits every morning, delicious coffee. Nyoman is such a nice and charming host, gives you recommondations and helps you. Thanks for the stay!

Absolutely Fantastic! Perfect for a quiet getaway

The host and staff were amazing. The atmosphere was super quiet and relaxing, you feel incredibly welcome and taken care of. The place was actually nicer in person than on the photos so it was a pleasant surprise. I would definitely recommend this place to couples or solo travellers looking for a nice getaway. Amazing stay at Pinokkio

Please do not hesitate to book your stay here! The property and rooms are immaculately clean, authentic, and all made from recycled and sustainable materials. Nyoman and her team are warm, welcoming and make you feel at home. Breakfast was simply outstanding - made from local, organic, in season ingredients. I love the location of the property, being away from the overcrowded hotels and busy streets, there is a lovely village vibe which makes your stay an authentic Balinese experience. Thank you to Nyoman for being an open, caring and beautiful person - I won't forget my stay here!

The owner is such a heartwarming person! She helps you planning your day, cares about you when you don't feel good and even cares about your laundry if you need laundry service. Unfortunately I couldn't stay longer. I felt so comfortable in my room, it was clean and very new with a beautiful vintage flair. It was my favorite accomodation during my time on Bali.

A little gem in Uluwatu area

Location is quiet and not crowded, but accessibility is good, and close to raya uluwatu and a lot of eating places in uluwatu, ungasan and even nusa dua. The wooden villa is done nicely, details like dimmer lights, higher quality sanitary fixtures, etc. Owner/host really put in a lot of efforts and attention and it shows.

It's a rather small place with tight layouts.

Lovely personal stay

Staff were very friendly and really helped us out. A member of our group left their passport in the Gili Islands, we managed to get the previous hotel to deliver it to us but we weren't at the new hotel when it arrived. The staff here came promptly and kept it safe until we arrived. Staff had great suggestions and really felt like they wanted to get to know you. The rooms were very nice, lovely rainfall shower and the general surroundings very well maintained.

Unfortunately can't be helped, but the traffic although not super frequent, was loud in our room and I personally had to sleep with ear plugs in which wasn't the end of the world. A heavy sleeper would be fine. We didn't have a duvet and only a sheet by default however a member of my group asked for one and they delivered it promptly. Just a suggestion it would be nice for all rooms to have this by default.
