The home is pretty clean. There was a spot on the carpet that was hard and crusty/ not clean in one of the upstairs bedrooms and there was dog poop in the yard that got cleaned up halfway through our stay. The carpet needs to be re-stretched and there is a spot of the laminate flooring by the stairs and island that is worn through (just as an fyi if you're staying here which is not obvious in the pictures listed). Also, there are very few forks and spoons available, there should be more available or have that clear in the listing. Lots of plates though. The owners are responsive.
The worst thing about the stay is that the A/C froze up the last two nights of our stay. The first night we found that the filters were completely clogged which makes sense why the a/c couldn't keep up with 95-100 degree weather. It made for the home to be very hot and uncomfortable. I let the owner know that the a/c froze and that the filters were dirty. She said thanks for the heads up and that they would replace the filters. It then froze up again the next night which was our last night... it made for a very hot night. Very disappointed that we paid a lot of money and the a/c can't handle it! It made for an otherwise fine stay to very disappointing and maddening!
