The guest suite is outfitted with two twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Things To Know:
Due to recent increases in water levels some boat ramps have been opened on Canyon Lake. Boat ramps #1 and #2 are open for free, public use. Boat ramps #14, #17, #18 and #19 are also open but do charge a fee for entry. For the most up to date water levels and ramp openings please visit the mycanyonlake website.
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) Everything was great. Love the location. Only thing I would recommend is more AC in the second bedroom with the twin beds . Other than this the whole house was cool . And we will rent again next summer .

Well stocked with kitchen wares, clean comfortable huge bed. Bathrooms all clean and worked great. It's a bit tough to find especially at night but , being that it's tucked away behind another building, though not unmanageable.
