Head down the scenic road known as the Devil's Backbone to Wimberley, located 14 miles away. You'll also be less than 25 miles from outlet shopping in San Marcos and Schlitterbahn Waterpark and Resort in New Braunfels. Or head out and explore Blanco, less than 20 miles away.

When mealtime comes, this home offers three separate dining areas - one right next to the living area, another one adjacent to the kitchen, and a third one attached to the garage with impressive views. This retreat also enjoys a designated laundry room with a washer/dryer and a second fridge for additional storage.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Due to recent increases in water levels some boat ramps have been opened on Canyon Lake. Boat ramps #1 and #2 are open for free, public use. Boat ramps #14, #17, #18 and #19 are also open but do charge a fee for entry. For the most up to date water levels and ramp openings please visit the mycanyonlake website.
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.

Walked inside and the house is so homey and cozy. A big sectional couch and recliners. All the furniture including the beds were very comfortable. The sunflower decor just made me happy! So much to look at and see in this house. A lot of little details makes it. But the VIEW! A huge window looking out to the lake. The property is well landscaped with lots of garden decor. The porch is amazing. We sat out there all day with binoculars watching the birds and hawks, doing word search( Found in one of the cabinets along with puzzles!) . The place was immaculately clean. 2 refrigerators, 3 places to dine, including a nice screened in porch dining area. The bedrooms and bathrooms were beautifully decorated and each room has a big screen TV!! Love love. Will definitely come back. I would only give you a heads up when you go, That you will need to get some basic items if you want to cook. There were no spices in the house so you will need some salt & pepper, sugar, coffee, creamer, butter. Just your basic staples. We did not find any laundry detergent but I think they Said they are going to restock. The owners were very nice and easy to communicate with and took care of any of our needs. Check out was super easy!
