You won't have to leave home base to soak up some of the best views, as the calm canal waters await right outside as well as a 122-foot private dock to tie up any kayaks and toys. The exterior is a fun bright green color just adding to the coastal vibe of this retreat, yet as soon as you step inside, the interior boasts clean white walls, fun beachy decor, and comfortable furnishings. With such an airy layout, you can definitely entertain the whole gang as some kick back in the living room for a movie, some show off their skills in the fully equipped kitchen, and some reminisce at the breakfast bar or dining table. Plus, there is no better place to watch the sun go down than the upper deck that looks out to the canal and sound beyond!

Dock details: This property has approximately 70 feet of dockage available to guests. There is also a 17K elevator boat lift available for a $200/month surcharge.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This place is the best. The outdoor space was the best. Spent every beautiful day and night out there. The only thing that was a drag was the refrigerator. It was failing day by day so called it in and it finally got fixed the day before I left. So about three weeks of coolers and buying ice. The Vacasa contact was very apologetic and offered me some reimbursement for ice costs and inconvenience and I haven’t been contacted yet about that but hopefully they come through.
So best place ever.
