Lokalizacja w cichej okolicy, kawałek od centrum ale nie stanowi to problemu, w pobliżu przystanek tramwajowy, ścieżka rowerowa, bardziej aktywni goście na piechotę też dojdą. Dla gości dostępna mała kuchnia- trzeba jednak być zaopatrzonym we własną zastawę stołową. W całym obiekcie czysto. Bardzo sympatyczni gospodarze. Na weekendowy pobyt idealny.
Bardzo miękkie materace, w niektórych miejscach zapadnięte.

Es war sehr sauber und der Empfang sehr herzlich. Mein Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sehr sauber. Alles war zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit. Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig gelegen, man konnte nachts die Fenster geöffnet lassen und wurde nicht gestört.
Das kein Frühstück angeboten wird.
