The house and neighborhood was older and some of the houses are well kept, some are not. This house was neat and clean and updated inside, mostly adequate for our needs. It would have been nice to have another King bed, the queen bed is a bit small for an adult couple. We liked that it was close to shops and restaurants, and good walking paths and a park for our dogs. We did not like that it was close to the Scottsdale airport, which was noisy starting very early in the morning and till late at night. We avoided sitting out on the back patio in the mornings because the pool equipment was very noisy. We had some issues with the front door locking mechanism, the clothes dryer, the toaster, and a couple of the ceiling fans. The manager was initially quick to respond to the texts, but sometimes we had to ask a few times to get some action. So overall it was just okay. We probably wouldn't stay there again, or in that immediate area.
