Lakefront 6BR, 3 Bath single family lakeside retreat overlooking 300 ft of lakefront and New Bridge Marina in Lebanon, Maine. This beautiful, updated home has a breathtaking location directly on Northeast Pond, the largest of the 3 Ponds that make up Milton Three Ponds. Enjoy the large deck overlooking the Lake and lawns in this beautiful location.

Whether cooking in the over-sized kitchen with granite counter tops and large center island or grilling outdoors, there is plenty of room for up to 10 people at this recently updated home.
*Note: The Home is located at New Bridge Marina which is an active Marina with boat slips, and an Ice Cream shop so the grounds and lawns are not private or exclusive to the house. Subject to availability, you have access to a 22 Foot Pontoon Boat on your own private slip at the Marina which can be booked separately at an additional fee through our website www.newbridgemarina.com.
Lebanon Maine is a quick drive up Rt.95N to Rt 16 and is only 35 miles from Portsmouth, NH, 25 miles from Lake Winnepesaukee, 90 miles from Boston, MA and 50 miles from Portland, Maine.
Milton Three Ponds is a boater’s paradise straddling the Maine and New Hampshire state line. Made up of Northeast Pond, Milton Depot Pond and Town House Pond, the three contiguous bodies of water provide over 1,200 acres of recreational opportunities for all types of boating in Lebanon, Maine and Milton, New Hampshire.

We rented this home for our daughter's wedding weekend. It was a beautiful location and great place to relax during events of the weekend. The homeowners were wonderful and very attentive to our needs. We had a great stay!

I can't say enough about how great, my stay at this astounding Lake House was. Waking up to an sitting outside near the water alone, was breathtaking.
Built for many parties, but occupied by only my significant other an our Miniature Schnauzer during this visit, the amount of space an amenities were in abundance.
The property's convenient location allowed for us to easily travel to local stores, while also taking in the beautiful landscapes throughout Maine, including the beaches in York & Ogunquit.
The estate serves as a marina in Lebanon, Maine, to the lake it sits aside, while also pulling double duty, in being the site of an ice cream stand. This in no way compromised our visit by any means, as the grounds are separated from both entities, an those partaking in either, did not serve as a detriment to our vacation at all.
The home's owner Mark was an absolute joy to work with, an remained in constant contact from the beginning to the end of our trip. He too made sure we knew he was available if we needed anything at all.
I highly recommend booking this gem, as it offers everything you need, from the everyday essentials indoors, to the perks of the outdoors, with the added bonus of some remarkable views.
I would definitely rent with Mark again as well, both for his impeccable service, an our entire experience during our stay.

We just got home from our week in Maine last night. What a perfect place to stay. The house is right on the marina which is only busy during the weekend. We were 10 people and 1 small dog. We were able to use the canoe, kayaks and paddle boats for FREE. We could have “borrowed” a pontoon boat if one of us had a boating license. Plenty of room in the house and deck. Loved the view from the sun room and that the kitchen cabinets were labeled with what was inside. We hope to come back - I highly recommend you this property. I usually don’t write reviews but felt that this place deserved me taking the time to write one.

Very enjoyable stay. Enough room for our large group (including the dogs) to be together yet have their own space. Kitchen area was open and great for meal prep. We had game night around the large dining room table, movie night on the big screen TV, and relaxed on the large deck looking out at the lake. After spending the day swimming and boating on the lake, we all enjoyed getting ice cream next door. Everyone around the marina was friendly and respectful. The owners were great!
