About this house rental
Beautiful Lakefront Home on Sunrise Lake! Enjoy the great sunsets from this property that has ~150 feet of lake front with a shallow walk in beach area. The Dam is your neighbor here as it abuts the property and provides a soothing background throughout the day and night. There is also plenty to explore on the 3.4 acres of land that belongs to this property that abuts the dam and the resulting creek. Come in summer to enjoy the swimming, the fall to enjoy the great views of the foliage changing or come in winter to enjoy the snowmobiling, great ice fishing or skiing at close by Gunstock Mtn (`30 min). No matter what you come for you will not be disappointed. This home was designed with care and can fit many families needs with a full bathroom on each floor, Central Air and heat throughout, a beautiful fireplace and ample parking. Amenities include a Extra Large Washer & Dryer, a wet bar area in the basement for easy refreshment/food retrieval in the summer and winter weather during those great swimming or ice fishing escapades, and views, great views of the lake and the sunsets! A full RainEscape system under the deck protects you from mother nature's rainy days and allows a place to sit outside and still enjoy the outdoors no matter what she has planned with a 58" tv, an outdoor sofa and picnic table. the 28' x 12' deck also provides an excellent space for when the weather is agreeable to enjoy the better views this home has to offer. But don't worry if the outdoor spaces just aren't agreeable because of the temperature or preference there are great views from inside where you can stay warm or cool based on your preference.

Thank you, Justin and Britt for helping create some very special memories for us by providing such a beautiful home that exceeded our expectations. Your house location allowed us to travel some spectacular scenic roads for our Corvette driving excursions. We also thoroughly enjoyed spending time sitting around the fire pit sharing lots of laughs and great conversations while enjoying some of the goodies from your thoughtful welcome basket We so appreciated your quick response to any concerns we had before and during our stay. We had such a great stay at Britt and Justin’s gorgeous home on Sunrise Lake. The house was equipped with everything we needed and was perfect for our family/friends. The lake itself is calm, sandy and clean, perfect for kids and adults. We can’t wait to come back next year!

We had an amazing stay in Middleton! The house was everything we hoped it would be - clean, spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. We spent many hours on the lake - fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, and the kids couldn’t get enough of the swim mats. On rainy days, the shuffleboard and multiple games kept us entertained. The property is an easy drive to various locations, including Wolfeboro, Mt. Major, Lake Winnipesaukee, and even the shores of Maine. We won’t hesitate to stay here again!

This house had everything you need for a family vaction. We stayed here with our three kids and had another family with kids join us also and we were able to fit comfortably and have everything we needed to enjoy a perfect NH vacation. Owners very responsive, flexible and understanding.
