This unit also has a private laundry room as well as an entrance foyer. There is off street parking and the building is located within walking distance to 2 primary bus routes. This unit is also within walking distance of popular restaurants, Juniors, The Point, Cafe Madison and Kismet Mediterranean Grill.

We stayed at Dave & Jaime’s house in July thru Sept. 2024. House was quite roomy and well stocked. Kitchen looked like new appliances and was well stocked. There was nothing broken and everything in the house worked very well. There were people staying above us as we had the large ground level part of the house. There was no problem with people above and we hardly noticed they were up above. Parking was off street which was very nice for us staying so long.
The very best item in our stay was our hosts. They should be classified as super super hosts!!! In all the years we have used Vrbo we have not had a host communicate so quickly with us as this host did. They helped us a lot in the very beginning with a billing problem and also had everything well described for a very easy quick check in.
We were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend to anyone to stay at North Pine avenue
