This apartment is one of 2 in the rowhouse 2-stories building (10 buildings away from Governor’s mention) on 2-nd floor, taking the entire floor of 700 sq.ft. It features one private bedroom and the spicy loft as a second bedroom, not private.
The apartment has a direct exit/entrance to/from backyard’s private, concrete, parking lot for 2 cars. This exit from your bedroom brings you for your morning coffee to the nice backyard-view balcony, observing a cute private porch, offering the warm-weather outdoor relaxation.
Guest access
The guests have in their disposition: the entire apartment #2, the keypad locked coded entrance to the building, and the same-coded entrance to their apartment from the front door and from backyard.
The physical keys (in case of necessity) are provided in the lockbox, hanging at the front door (bottom of the right rail, close to the door) with the same code.
Security information:
The apartment #1 (on the first floor) has its own code to the building and apartment itself, front and back.
Interaction with guests
The manager is in 10 mins from the building and is available 24/7 on the phone (better: text).
The telephone, email and code for entrance to the building (same to apartment) will be let known 48 hours before arrival.
