Endless lake adventures await at this majestic, two-story home near Big Arbor Vitae Lake! Roughly 200 feet from the water, enjoy access to a large L-shaped dock with a boat lift. This home is all about outdoor fun! Gather around one of the two firepits (one up by the house and one down by the lake) to tell fun or scary stories, head over to the large sitting deck near the water where you will find a large picnic table for meals al fresco, or host a barbecue using the gas grill.

Upon entry, the main living area will be to your right, seamlessly combining the kitchen, dining area, and living room together. When mealtime comes around, the kitchen has your back! It's fully equipped with appliances (no dishwasher) and all the essentials to whip up everything that comes to mind. Then, gather at the six-person dining table by the gas fireplace to delight in a homemade feast. Kick back and watch your favorite shows on the smart TV in the living room. A large three-season sitting area off of the living room offers a dining table and two sofas, while a small deck off of the living room is perfect for remote work or online school (high-speed WiFi is provided). This level also hosts one bedroom and a full bathroom with a washer/dryer combo. The rest of the bedrooms and additional sleeping areas, along with a full bathroom, are located upstairs. Two bedrooms, a bunk area, and an extra sleeping area by the stair will provide a good night's sleep for everyone.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

Dock details: The dock is roughly 30 ft long. about 4 ft deep at the end.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
