About this apartment rental
Relaxing 1 Bedroom/ 1 Bath condo on the 2nd and 3rd floor, with stunning views of the Estuary, Coastline and Mountains. Entry way porch in front and cozy balcony in the back with views of landscaped area, coastline and ocean where you can BBQ or relax with wine or coffee. The bedroom is upstairs and has a queen size bed. Two single couches are on the main level, can be also be used as a bed, sleeping two more guests. The maximum number of guests that are allowed in this unit is 4.
The soft white sand beach, with subtle waves, provides a family safe and delightful experience. Shell hunters are delighted with their walks along the beach. Dolphins delight all viewers by swimming close to shore. The adjacent mangrove lined estuary is teeming with all types of marine life and can be explored during high tide by Kayak. Kayakers and snorkels will find the close island a joy to visit.
This 1 bedroom Beachfront home is not your typical rental. It not only has a fully appointed kitchen, with a dishwasher, but also a clothes washer and dryer.
The spacious L-shaped granite kitchen counter top, solid cedar cabinets, full size stove, fridge. and dishwasher, make time spent in kitchen enjoyable.

Host was amazing, very responsive, the location is beautiful with stunning views of the sea of cortez. Condominium is right on the beach. Cute layout of the unit, nicely decorated, with a loft style bedroom. Over all, its great place to stay and i would highly recommend!

What we loved:
Location, great view, beach, clean pool, nice complex, handy cafe, friendly staff, comfortable bed, good water pressure, en suite stackable washer&dryer, reasonable price.
What we didn’t love:
Wasn’t super clean (dirt/dust) on checkin.
Kitchen bowls/pots/pans/etc are mostly quite old — could be replaced for cheap at the segundas.
Had extra pillows but they were brown/stained, no extra pillowcases or sheets.
There’s a cleaning fee but also a list of cleaning chores for guests to do on exit.
Bring your own amenities like dish soap, bath soap, paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, shampoo, laundry soap, spices, ice, etc — those supplied were minimal or (mostly) non-existent.
Overall we were content with the value but are accustomed to more conveniences at this price point.
