About this house rental
Our beautiful Heavenly Hilltop Log Home has been recently remodeled with a floor to ceiling stone fireplace, granite countertops, wood flooring, log staircases and custom finishing details throughout. This 4-bedroom with 3.5 bathroom home is located in The Reserve at Boyne Mountain, which offers hiking and cross country trails.
The main level of the home entails a mudroom, with plenty of space for your ski/snowboarding gear, a laundry room and a custom designed kitchen; perfect for entertaining the entire family. The master suite is located next to the living room, with a king size bed and full bathroom. The lower level of the home features a master bedroom, full bathroom, and a family room with a dining nook. Not to mention the private bar lounge!
Heading back upstairs and to the 2nd level, you'll find another family room nestled within the open loft concept. This level also includes 2 Bunk Rooms with bedding to accommodate up to 7 guests per Bunk Room.
Do not hesitate to enjoy the great outdoors with the beautiful front porch or the the walk out deck located off the main level. And of course the patio on the lower level features a custom built fire pit. You will even notice a paved pathway that takes you to the Deer Lake Beach Club.
Guests staying at Heavenly Hilltop are welcome to drive to Kitz Cabin to park for the day which offers ski-in/ski-out access to Super Bowl, Escape and Cold Springs runs. This is a private ski lodge for Reserve owners and while guests do not have access to the ski lodge they can park and ski without fighting the masses at the base of the mountain.
*This property requires a 2 or 3-night minimum stay. A 7-night minimum may apply during peak seasons.
** Please note that this property utilizes a chairlift with a lift schedule that is subject to change. We encourage you to access the Boyne Mountain website for lift schedule as units are not always ski-in/ski-out.
***Pets Allowed with a Non-Refundable Fee, charged separately if booking on a 3rd party site.
****4WD or AWD are highly recommended to access this property during winter/snowy months.

Boyne Mountain is a golfer and skier's paradise offering the top-rated skiing and snowboarding and golf courses in the Midwest. Boyne also has one of the largest water parks in the Midwest, tennis courts, Deer Lake/Beach, and several dining options. Golf, skiing and snowboarding lessons are available at the resort. We highly recommend purchasing lift tickets, ski rentals and booking tee times for golf in advance. For details regarding resort amenities, please contact the resort directly for pricing on their day passes and lift tickets.
Deer Lake is a public lake for you to enjoy, and 7 miles away is Lake Charlevoix in Boyne City.
Looking for a Day Trip? Visit Mackinac Island or Sleeping Bear Dunes. These are just a few options during your visit in Northern Michigan!

The home is quite far back in the Reserve, lots of beautiful trees lots of privacy and great for our dog! Plenty of space for 12 adults. Kitchen great for cooking. Beautiful lot to enjoy nightly bonfires. All beds are very comfy. Down the road from Deer Beach and Sky bridge, golf. Although shopping and restaurants are aoubt 20 min. drive so stock up! About an hour to Mackinaw, Traverse City, Indiana River, "dark sky" park. Less than 30 min to Petoskey, Boyne city, Charlevois- so good central location for our northern MI exploration. Negatives: the showers. For such an amazing home, we were surprised how bad the showers were. Masterbath had very little water pressure and went from hot to cold continuously, upstairs was like bullets, the basement was decent. We had no hot water on day 1 and they came out quickly to check the system. I would also recommend more coffee mugs. Would be a great winter/ski location.

From the moment we arrived at the Hilltop, we felt completely relaxed! We were a party of 11, but the home never felt crowded. Every window had a beautiful view of trees, the kitchen had a great layout for our large group, two large fridges, and a very large table so that we could eat together. The beds were extremely comfortable!The house is near Boyne City, and very near to ski lifts in the winter, and a fabulous pool/spa. Lake privileges, also.We did have a problem with the dishwasher, but it was taken care of, immediately and with much consideration for us. We have rented homes yearly, as a whole family. This is the first home that we really felt comfortable in, and said we would love to rent again. And, with 5 children in the group, there was something do do each day that we all liked!!

We had an amazing time! The house was extremely clean. We rent a house every year but this one was in the best shape and we were impressed how clean it was. Definitely recommend this house and we will be back next year!!
