Michael sent me all of the information I would need for check-in and it was extremely thorough and accurate. The beautiful Historic Powhatan has a lot to offer, but the pools, hot tubs and mini golf are what we utilized outside of our room - they were clean and a lot of fun. The only complaints I have about the property itself, and it doesn’t have anything to do with Michael - is that the sofa bed mattress was filthy and we couldn’t utilize it and the check-in was a little lengthy. I did make guest services aware of the mattress and they were going to send someone down, but we were rarely at the room and so they were supposed to take care of it after our stay. All-in-all the trip was fabulous and I would definitely book with Michael again!

Convenient location, short distance to Colonial Wlliamsburg. convenient for our needs. Daily resort fees pricey, wi-fI network could come into modern without having to pau for an upgraded package.
