Skied in on Snowflake lift, skied out (although had to walk a bit because some of the snow had melted in April). The apartment is small, but our teenage kids slept on the floor. (pull out sofa not super comfortable for sleeping, and we slept on the very soft, comfortable bed. There is no table, so we used the very nice lobby to play cards. The mini kitchen was great - we prepared all of our meals there. The spa is great with a giant outdoor hot tub, and indoor hot tub, a steam room and a sauna! There are hikes starting right outside the building. This was perfect for us and pretty affordable. I would go back!

Just next to ski lift very nice

This property could not be closer to the Snowflake chair, so if you’re skiing it’s the place to be. The heated garage was also a great perk. Check-in was easy and the host was very gracious when we made a mistake with booking. It’s also maybe a 10 minute walk to shops and restaurants. We were able to prepare meals in the condo and there’s a grocery store super close as well. Would stay again.

The studio condo was perfect for two. The heated garage was very convenient with locking ski locker storage. The condo is a few blocks from downtown, ~10min walk, and downtown is amazing.

My daughter (18) and I were in Breck for opening day and needed a last minute place to stay at an affordable price. This condo was perfect for our needs. The host was super helpful in booking same day and access was a breeze. The place has a parking garage which is super convenient. The condo is centraly located a short 10-15 min walk from downtown and the peak 9 lifts. There is also a bus stop nearby and a the Snowflake lift is right down the street. The condo was clean and well maintained but it is a small studio, not a one bedroom. It's about the size of an extended stay hotel room. There is one large (king?) bed and a small (loveseat?) pullout sofa bed suitable for one adult or two small kids. The condo would be best suited for a couple or two really good friends seeking an affordable, no frills place in Breck. The bathroom is really small so there is not much room for privacy. As mentioned, this place met our needs and we had a great trip!

Overall a good experience although it did take a long time for the room to warm up, at least 12+ hours. Host seemed eager to help working to get us a space heater for the night. Was promised a partial refund for our troubles but haven't received it yet. Room was clean with ample pots/utensils/etc. Everything worked well except for the shower head wasn't working great. We had a great time staying here. The room was clean and we had no issues with checking into the garage or the building itself. There is also an outdoor hot tub that wasn't pictured but a great surprise! We loved using the facilities and being such a close distance to main street. Would definitely stay here again!

We arrived at the property to find out that it had not been cleaned. Dirty sheets on the bed, dirty towels in bathroom, and leftover food in the kitchen. After contacting the property manager, she sent in a cleaner who was an hour away, so we had to wait in the lobby for over 2 hours before we could get in. Once in the property, the bed sheets were in terrible shape with so much pilling they were uncomfortable. There were only 3 towels in the bathroom when we rented for 2 adults and 2 kids. Once again the property manager was responsive and told me about a box with additional linens under the bed. Finally the property was not cleaned, lots of dust on furniture. So overall, we did not enjoy it at all and while the property manager was very responsive and we were offered a 2 hour late check out as a compensation, it was too many issues to deal with for our short stay. Location is perfect. We rented in this building before. True ski in/out.

We stayed a week here 4/1-4/7. The unit is basically a bedroom with a small kitchen. It was a bit small for the 4 of us, but we made it work. We found an air mattress in the closet but we brought our own after reading other reviews about the sofa bed. The bed is soft but comfortable. The room is outdated but clean. The closet is large enough to store away all the luggage and ski outfits. The unit is on the second floor, but there’s an elevator. There are no chairs other than the love seat, but we brought a couple of camping chairs. There’s no dining table but a few fold up tables. The bathroom is clean and decent sized. There’s a hair dryer, enough towels, and hand soap. There are cleaning supplies, trash bags, paper towels, dish soap and dishwasher detergent, etc. There are plates, utensils, bowls, pots and pans, coffee machine and toaster. The ski locker is in the garage but at the far end. The garage is very large with plenty of spots. The parking pass was found on the fridge door. Laundry room is directly under this room, on first floor. Bring quarters and detergent. The hot tub was out of order. The common area on the ground floor was very large and good for friends to come hang out. The ski-in/ski-out aspect of this place is awesome. The snow conditions were good all the way down Lower 4 o’clock. We didn’t take Snowflake run after hearing it is flat at place. The town is within walking distance, but we drove everywhere. Parking was easy. Walking back from town is all uphill. City Market was excellent for picking up water and other supplies. We would definitely consider this place again in the future, especially if it’s just my husband and I.

The place was clean and the perfect size for the 3 of us. My only complaint is that my 14 yr old slept on the pull out couch and complained that the mattress was very uncomfortable. We have stayed at several condos in Tyra Riverbend now because we absolutely love the location! We would definitely stay at this one again! Could not beat the price and location!

My confirmation email gave me pictures and general info but not the address or name of the place. All I knew was "four o-clock" which turned out to be the name of the road it was on. I had to go back to the conformation and connect with the owner -- she promptly responded and gave me the address, directions and codes I needed. It was a long day for me and I had a short turn-around time to get in and then get to the wedding venue so this was pretty stressful. I have checked my email and I never got more definitive info along the way -- and I will take the blame for needing to get the details pinned down a day or two in advance. I did not realize how much info I was missing until I was in Breckenridge.

The location was perfect, right off snowflake lift, which is why I’ve given 4 stars. Otherwise adequate. A few thoughts: - sleeper sofa mattress was awful. Could only feel springs and steel supports thru the mattress; - pillows were not very good; - very cheap horizontal blinds provide very little darkening and are broken in places. - although there is heat, it is very difficult to control temp. Even with heat off, the unit was always warm, so we had to open windows; but the windows do not operate particularly well. - the fireplace is in the lobby of the building, not in the unit. - I tried to reach the owner once with a question about the unit and never heard back.

Well the trip did not exactly go as planned. We arrived at the property with no instructions on what room we were in or how to access the property. I had to call the manager at 3:00 am, and was very grateful that she answered! We were put in the wrong room for the first 2 nights as someone else was given our room. Once we were able to get into our room on our last day, WOW what a cute place!! The set up was ideal for our situation with plenty of space. The property was quiet and clean and really in an ideal location for anyone looking to hit the slopes quickly as the Snowflake lift was right outside the door! I would highly recommend this room!
