RIGHT on the Snowflake run/ lift. Probably saved hours and hundreds of dollars in trying to park and make your way to the main gondolas. Beautiful location. Hot tub was a nice feature, overlooking the mountains.
Small cons:
- You can hear the upstairs unit a little too well, but overall it's tolerable.
- No cleaning products so challenging to clean up after routine cooking or daily use
- A little dark after sunset, but we just moved the lamps around

Wonderful place to stay for a ski vacation. True ski in/ski out location. Very clean. Two bathrooms, hot tubs, and washer and dryer differentiate this from other properties.

Saddlewood 46 was a great place to stay for our Breck ski trip. Location and private hot tub are the two highlights of this condo. First, the condo’s back porch is feet away from the Snowflake run that will take you to Snowflake lift and open you up to the rest of Breck. It truly is ski in ski out and makes for an easy, efficient way to get to the slopes for max ski time. Further, right at the Snowflake lift is Charter Sports which can handle any rental needs your group has. Last on the location point, we walked to town in about 10 minutes and if desired, the shuttle stop is just a few steps away. Overall, location is great and you never have to move the car.
Second, the condo has a private hot tub. Nothing beats ending the day by jumping into your own hot tub. We found it to be fully operational, clean and easy to access.
Inside is as described. Two baths, one br and a pullout. We fit 4 comfortably. Full kitchen was nice and equipped. Beds were so-so, but OK.
Service and communication also great.
