Filled with helpful amenities like central air conditioning and a private washer/dryer, this is an ideal retreat for relaxing while sticking close to everything. Enjoy cooking together inside the full kitchen equipped with tools big and small to help you cook meals for the beach, the dining area, or the breakfast bar. Both a DVD player and a Blu-Ray player are available for enjoying your favorite films, and board games are provided for when you'd rather have analog fun. One bedroom features a private entrance to the furnished balcony, as well as an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom features a private entrance to the hallway full bathroom that features a shower/tub combination. Guests of this home can enjoy access to a shared outdoor pool and outdoor shower during their stay. But with such a short walk to the beach, you may not know where to head first!

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The condo was amazing. The only negative thing was that there was no pool key. I tried to contact someone and I got a bit of a run around and no one was able to obtain one. If you advertise a pool, we should be able to use it. Other than that it was a great stay.

Room set up and location on the canal, porch furniture was great for mornings and evenings. Lots of great restaurants near by.

Condo was beautifully decorated and very cozy….. only a few things as could have been little cleaner on floor boards and more lights in the bedrooms. Also the one bedroom shower faucet doesn’t have any power. Other than that would def stay again. !!!!!

The place itself was very nice. There were a couple of things that were cleaned very well but nothing to major. The parking spot is a very tight spot can not get any big vehicles in there, if the parking spots well all full I would never be able to get a pickup truck in or out of the spot. Had a problem with getting into the pool and contacted vacasa. After going back and forth for a while texting they were able to get me a key to get into the pool. Other then the parking spot, the pool key issue and couple of thing missed clean it was a nice place.
