Convenient location with children, walking to beach was no issue, enjoyed the pool, patio was so private and comfortable. Beds were large and very comfortable.
Some of the doors were displaced such as the laundry access and closets, didnt utilize too much due to worry of falling over on kids. Dryer was loud but otherwise happy I could do laundry during my stay, bathroom flushes required holding down a bit for full flush. There is trash odor in the pool area and at times walking out of neighborhood due to large dumpters areas provided

This is such a cozy 2 br, just far enough up Coastal highway. We loved the location. The beach at 120th was great and parking didn’t seem to be an issue within a block, every day that we went. The grocery store is conveniently a few blocks away as well. The host, Adam, was also extremely responsive.
There wasn’t much to not like. It’s a really simple place with bare necessities to get by.
