Chateau Chaumont offers an excellent location in the heart of Downtown Aspen with easy access to shops, nightlife, and entertainment. Situated just 100 Yards from the Silver Queen Gondola and within walking distance of downtown Aspen, offering an exceptional balance of convenience and privacy/luxury. The building’s common courtyard has a wonderful private community hot tub to relax those muscles after a long day! Walk about 100 yards with your ski gear on and you will arrive at the Aspen Mountain Gondola that will bring you up to the most magnificent skiing you have ever experienced.
Located on the first floor, you can exit your condo from your private patio and be steps from world-class shopping and dining.
The wood-burning fireplace and Bose sound system will bring life inside the condo. The living room is open and airy and provides beautiful views of the courtyard. There is a full kitchen looking out to the living room separated by a granite countertop breakfast bar that sits 6 people. You will notice the music theme throughout the condo equipped with guitars and other musical instruments for you to enjoy and play to your heart’s desire.
Make your way to the master bedroom where you will be greeted with a King-size bed equipped with a down-filled pillow top mattress to get the best sleep you didn't know you needed while on vacation. The master in-suite has everything you need to unwind with a steam shower and get some privacy.
